Had to wait an extended time to be seated, was about to grab a menu and a table myself. Was finally seated at a dirty table. Then the waiter took forever to get to me, rolled his eyes when I asked for water with lemon, only got water, my meal arrived luke warm and I was served the bill as my plates were cleared stopping me from ordering coffee or dessert. Then the waiter had the audacity to be shocked when I did not leave much of a tip. Service here has been decreasing over the last two years but now I won’t be back

I order a the T bone steak at Springs Mall Wimpy at least twice in a month. Today was one of those days and highly disappointed. The meat was not fresh and secondly I asked for medium and it was dry and over cooked.

Very disappointing service and rude manager by the name of “Power G” who suggested we leave if we were not happy with the quality of the food we were presented. So we have, and we are on our way to East Arabs Mall now. This is the last thing Springs Mall needs. Business lost due to arrogance.

Most disappointed. I ordered a chicken mayo croissant, upon its arrival I noticed not even a third of the croissant had chicken mayo on it. I have had this meal at this wimpy aswell as many other wimpys where this was not the case. I asked my waiter if I could possibly have a bit more chicken mayo on the croissant. She called the manager, a man by the name of “Power-G”. He was most reluctant to assist and when he did eventually come he said that if we were unhappy we should just leave. We were regular customers at this establishment, however with management like this it is difficult to see ourselves returning without immindiate change. How dissapointing.
