Won’t eat there again. Terrible service. Waited way too long for our food to arrive. Had to wait even longer to pay. Witnessed two separate other customers complaining of the same thing.Management didn’t seem to care at all.

Went to this wimpy at River square in three rivers again after the horrible treatment I got from the staff previously. The staff especially the manager Bofelo was kind, considerate and treated us well but the food still leaves nothing to desire. The food is not cooked fresh but received from companies which makes the veges soggy and stale.

Enjoying a Streaky Breakfast and regular coffee while waiting. Eggs done perfectly, toast still crispy and hot. Chips and bacon portions can be a bit bigger 😋Don’t bother with a regular Wimpy coffee, just get an Americano, you wouldn’t regret it.

You see these beautiful pictures when placing your order. Our waiter was dumber than dumb. The food is nothing like the picture. I will NEVER eat at any Wimpy again. Their service and food is mediocre compared to other places.

I would like to give a compliment to Murphy working at wimpy three rivers , riversquare mall. Murphy has atchieved excellence in his customer service. I work for dentist in a large practise where Murphy delivers. Fast effiecent friendly and going the xtra mile this is what he does. He seems so proud to deliver for three rivers wimpy. I would seriously suggest to order from wimpy as opposed to coffee shop, mugg and bean etc, just because we know we are a priority. Please note Murphy is for Wimpy an asset, if you can train all staff to have hie attetion to detail and positive outlook, your Wimpy will go from strengh to strenth.

I ordered a plain waffle and the waiter must have not heard me and brought the chocolate one. When I went to redeem the voucher it was discovered then, the Manager helped with the situation but not after questioning me like I did it deliberately but what was worse was the Waiter: Refilwe an elderly waiter who swore at me and shouted after me like I stole from the shop. Her behavior had me to tears and I’ll never step foot in that Wimpy because of her!
