Their chips are decent enough, but the prices are way higher than anywhere else. They’re nearby us, so we’d eat there often if their chips were really great or their prices were reasonable, but sadly they’re not.

I’m Rating for the *Hayfields Mall branch*.Absolutely terrible service, forget to make half your order, when I phoned they could only say sorry, despite having paid for it and having the recipient. Bought this for supper because of no power and half my family went hungry and had to have bread anyway. Absolutely disgusted at the customer service , no offer to refund missing items or any helpful suggestions , multiple phonecalls asking for owners number and eventually they offered for me to come and fetch remainder of items tomorrow… however still not getting the owners correct number. Fish that was received was soggy , calamari had no batter , and chips sauce came in a bank packet. Does not match the slogan of “Quality and taste”.I’m not one to leave a bad review as I support local and starting businesses but it’s disappointing when the customer is disregarded. It is really just the principal behind it.My aim is to not be rude but realistic. Maybe a different branch would give a different and better service.

We’re usually very happy, but got snack boxes with chips on Friday- the boxes were filled with chips that had been soaked in oil too long, and were given minimal of the actual snacks. Very disappointing for our monthly treat.
