The previous ownership was great, and we were regular customers but these new people do not care about customer service at all. When I entered the store they had a board advertising a pizza deal. When I wanted to order I was told that it was only Mon to Wed. When I pointed it out to them that it doesn’t stipulate it on the board they said well it is on the poster outside. When I said that I walked inside to order and do not stand outside to read signs first, the reply was well there is nothing they can do do about it. They acknowledged that the sign was wrong and I took a picture. When I told them that I would just not support them anymore I was told that it was fine. When I came out from pick n pay I saw that they aleast removed the board. We ordered Pizza somewhere else and will as a matter of principle not support them.

I can definitely recommend ItalPizza fir their ribs and pizza! Ribs are soft and tender and are cooked perfectly, chips also fresh and their pizza is just as good.
