I ordered the Singapore noodles off the Mr D app. According to the menu it was only chicken. When it arrived it had prawns in it. I am highly allergic to shellfish! I tried calling Mr D, but their system has changed so you only can log a query – which I did.I then tried calling the restaurant to see if there was anything they could do. The manager / owner flat out refused to speak to me!I was finally able to call Mr D and they comped the meal as it was the restaurants responsibility to properly describe what is in their dishes.Goes without saying I will NEVER eat there again.

My friend and I are not very selective with our Chinese but this food was not good at all. Sesame Chicken was over cooked and sauced extremely poorly. The noodles were flavorless and did not taste fresh. Crispy beef was anything but crispy and sauce was quite honestly really bad. Red dye demolition of fake sugar. Service and prices were okay, that’s about it.

the crispy sesame chicken is my go-to whenever anyone mentions ordering in or for special occasions, it’s really good and also everything here is well-priced!

Where to begin with this… I went in expecting an Americanized Chinese experience and came out with a longing to reverse time before I ever looked through Google for a Chinese restaurant. It began with a 7 month long journey across Africa. My American appetite lusted for food that was not truly African anymore. I craved something that reminded me of home and what a more perfect place than an americanized Tong Lok meal. The menu looked perfect, the atmosphere was right, everything was falling perfectly into place. My friend and I ordered spring rolls, crispy beef, and sesame chicken. Classic Americans. We excitedly brought our bounty home, the thick syrupy sauces filled our car with a delightful reminiscent smell of something that could resemble Panda Express. We opened our take away at home only to be mortified by the abomination sitting in front of us. Each dish had its own way of tearing down my americanized fantasy that I had been craving for so long. The noodles were rubbery and bland as the plastic bag they came in. As if they had sat in the freezer for a decade, been cooked 12 different times, refrozen, then heated in a microwave one final time to bless my Styrofoam box with the most disappointment since Avatar the Last Airbender live action movie. The “Crispy” beef was not crispy. I’m not sure it was beef. The taste was stale and unworldly. The sauce though is what destroyed me on a spiritual level. The most neon red disaster to ever taint a dead cow was smothering this poor deceased animal. It tasted like a syrup designed by a 8 year old that had just been given access to a pantry for the first time in his life. The chicken was cut into the smallest slivers

Reasonably okay takeaway but I was slightly disappointed:Sweet and sour chicken sauce seemed like it had tomato sauce or something strange in it, overly sweet and really not nice, weird reddish plum colour. Thank goodness it was served separately so I could substitute with my own sweet chilli and soy sauce. Chicken balls had way too much batter.Springrolls were good but no dipping sauce with it, was I supposed to order that separate?Pan fried dumplings filling is very tasty but honestly, my jaw got a work out from that tough pastry! I am a huge fan of dim sum and this just was way below par. Also no dipping sauce.

Best takeout Sushi in the valley. Try their Salmon Combo with Miso Soup on the side. Friendly staff. On busy days, call your order in on the phone in advance, they are popular.

Always my first choice when it comes to ” what take-away do you feel like?”The bau and chicken dumplings are always a must when it comes to dim sum and The duck in special sauce and sesame chicken with egg fried rice are my favourite mains.Oh, and they deliver too!
