Purchased the Single Rib Rack and 1/4 chicken with chips Meal for R179.90The chicken and chips was good, but the rib was way too chewy and more fat than actual meat on the bones. That was the worst rib I’ve ever had from all the restaurants and takeaways I’ve been to.😒

The worst ever.i ordered ribs single rack and double rack.before I ordered I phoned in to ask about the raw weights and was told it is 300g and 600g before being cooked.I placed my order and 40mins later my delivery came and to my surprise it was so tiny that it’s impossible that it is the same ribs that I ordered.i phone the store to vent my frustration and was told the manager would call me back.up to now I have to received a call to explain.i choose to spend 460 at steers because I felt that the food is good,but if you rob your customers like that,then you don’t deserve my money.i will take this further and will make sure famous brands know this.I refuse to be a victim

We had phanda meal package with milkshake. It was a deal meal. This steers is more for take away service than a serving and seating. It had two small tables for seating. One inside and one outside.

I placed an order today and was quite willing to wait as I know it’s wacky Wednesday and the shop was busy. When my nr was skipped and I enquired 20 min later I was ignored. One of my friends had to intervene and even the staff at Debonairs pizzeria went in to ask what is going on and no one bothered to advise me of anything. I went in and asked what the problem was. They told me by the way that my ticket got lost but no apology or nothing was given just silence. I then asked to speak to the manager and then everything could be done quickly. I even asked her why there was no communication and she didn’t even apologize herself, telling me about the ticket that got lost etc and talking over me while I was talking. So unprofessional and rude. I’ve never had service like this before. The staff at Debonairs are such a pleasure to deal with but Steers should really either go for training or take a page out of the customer service book of Debonairs. When I got the order they just made, it was cold. How in heavens name did they make it and 5 min later it was cold. So all the while it was made and no one bothered to ask or follow up with the customer all standing outside. I always support the shop but today my patience was tested and although I still didn’t act unreasonably I did advise the manager that I will put up a review. It’s really disappointing to have to wait 30 min with no apology even when they are in the wrong.
