I have been craving ribs for a while ,I decided to go to the drive through and ordered 2 racks of ribs. I was told to wait for 15minutes. I waited for 34 minutes . I had ordered 1 with basting and 1 plain. I got dry , partly burnt, tasteless ribs that had an offish smell. I am sooooooo disappointed at Steers as I really like their chips and have never been disappointed in other branches. I can only eat takeaways once a week and I guess I am forced to skip my cheat day

Disappointing, ordered a prince burger meal at the drive thru at 11h00 on Saturday morning, drive thru was empty, restaurant was empty, ordered was very quick but burger was completely ice cold, like it has been made hours before. Slapped together with such disinterest that the filling was 3/4 off the bun in the bottom of the container.

placed my order @12 because i take my lunch at 1,,only for the food to get delivered at 2, its cold, the driver was lost, he didn’t pick up my callthe manager didn’t get back to me but instead she got someone to give me a call telling me the same thing she was telling mei have never been so disappointed, the service there is poor honestly. i wouldn’t want to order there again, I’d rather order somewhere else

Absolute “rib-off”… my husband ordered a full portion of ribs and chips (R 130) and was shocked at the contents when he got home. He went back and was told that, that was the standard portion. Also, the branch Hallaal only but nowhere is it indicated as such. The staff is friendly but that does not compensate for the shocking food

I ordered Burgers around 18:41 now its 20:30 i haven’t received my order, i called 2 times to check how far my order is they said its on the way, only later now on 20:35 they tell me its only now the driver left the shop. WHAT A POOR SERVICE!! IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO RATE YOU GUYS 0 I WOULD’VE DONE SO😠😠😠😠

I am highly impressed with the service I received from Steers Lifestyle Crossing today. I placed my order online, order was delivered in 10 mins.Futher more. The order was 100% correct. I ordered a mexican king steers with cheesy chips and exta jalapeños and i was truly impressed that the chips were actually full of cheese and Jalapeños.I have ordered this same meal before from other Steers Branches and i was lucky if i got 10 peices of Jalapeños on my chips and the chips are usually dry with barely any cheese sauce.Well Done to the team at lifestyle crossing i will definitely support this branch more.

Bought a full chicken lemon and herb . I asked for it to be cut in 8 but I got it cut in 2 . Chicken was dry , no flavour and boiled . Never again will I purchase from them
