Terrible service,… would rather pay R3 more and get an ice cream twice the size at Milky Lane right next door with friendly customer service and value for money. Was rudely told the ice cream machine doesn’t work, however when we noticed there was a lady behind us eating a steers ice cream the lady behind the counter tried to demonstrate to us, but the machine worked perfectly? She still refused the order. Does Steers staff decide out of personal preference who they will serve and who not? Disgusting ! Thank you for the eye opener.We are Not interested in getting in touch with Steers via any link thank you, we have experienced quite enough of your terrible service.

Worst experience I’ve ever received at any Steers branch. Staff are very unhelpful, have no customer service skills, we were not made aware of the milkshake machine not working, when ordering the Ribster special. Requested burgers without garnish and sure as hell we received them with garnish. Chips are drenched in oil. Covid-19 safety protocols is the last of their concern. Unfortunately our meals were already paid for, I would have liked to cancel the order.If anything I would highly recommend that you go to the Steers Engen for a much more pleasant experience.

Pathetic service. Staff need a lesson in customer services. The lady who eventually took our order screamed across while cleaning the ice cream machine. Then it got progressively worse from that point. Ice cream machine was out of order. Overall my worse Steers experience!

I will never buy from Steers in springs mall again. First of all we had to wait almost an hour for 4 burgers. Second we asked for MILD chicken burgers and they gave us flaming hot burgers. The chicken was raw. And the beef patty was burned. And one burger didn’t have any sauce on it. I am very disappointed in this place.

We waited 10 min to place an order, order of 2 kings steers burgers with chips, took 45 min, with the most unfriendly front staff. I have really never been this disappointed at a Steers before.
