Phoned at 3pm to place my order to be collected between 6:15 ‐ 6:30pm. We arrived 6:17 joined the cue and paid our order only to received our food 6:40 decide to check it before leaving and to our disgust notice what’s supposed to be 2double racks of rib we received pieces of off cut rib, did took it up with the cashier who directed me to the supervisor on duty. She listened to my complaint, apologized, took my number and that was it… accept for the fact our dinner was totally ruined the rib was more bones than anything else. Will definitely think trice before ordering any food from Steers Mountain Mill in the future.

Good DayYesterday was the second time I ordered myself some Steers chips only to find that the chips is only half the amount of what I was actually ordering. The first time I called and ordered it for 1 o’clock I was late for only 5 minutes then when I opened the bag it was basically a small amount of which I ordered a medium. I went back inside to ask but why? The person behind the desk said that it was for 1 o’clock and the longer it stands the more it shrinks. Yesterday I had the same experience but was so hungry that I did not have the strength with in me to go back and return it. Yesterday’s chips was a large that I had ordered only to get a medium.Bad service from Steers.
