How difficult is it to get well done patties.When ordering I asked for well done patties and went to great length to explain that I don’t like pink or reddish patties and please pretty please with cherries ontop to make sure they are well done.Surprise, surprise. I get home and the patties are red inside. I am now done buying from Steers as a brand. Rather going to MacDonalds or Burger King. At least there patties are well done.Landed up throwing away the burgers as they were too pink/red and none in the family wanted to eat these burgers and I was not going to return it as there are too many stories of what staff do at restaurants when people return food.

Each time I’ve been to this steers an item has been missing. Only reason this store gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is generally better than other steers I’ve been to.

This steers is absolutely useless very disappointing.I ordered 4 king steer burgers and its supposed to be 2 patties on each burger i paid for 4 king steers ended up getting my order all 4 burgers only one patty on each. I dont mind having only 1 patty on but I paid for 2 this is not the first time this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. You cant even call them because no one picks up. I will never buy streers again utterly useless

Very disappointed with Steers Anthos in Monument Krugersdorp. I called in at 15.54 and placed an order with Nonhlahla who advised me that my order was going to be delivered within 45mins. 2 hrs later no order had come and kept thinking they’re almost here. I then tried calling them to follow up but the line kept putting me through to an unanswered voice recording. I then decided to drive there as i didn’t want to buy elsewhere only for them to deliver too and when i got there the place was already closed. There i was sitting with 4 hungry kids now driving around on Christmas day trying to find a food outlet that was open at 8 with no success. When all steers could have done was advise me that they were not bringing my order.Terrible customer service and i will never buy from any Steers again because if its even acceptable to do such a thing to customers by a brand then i would rather take my money elsewhere.
