Their food is not nice nor well cooked like other steers, it’s so disappointing to spend money buying braaipack in restaurant, coz you have to cook the chicken again when you get home😪

They are fast you don’t have to wait for a long time and the food is great no complaints, but they really need to restructure their shop coz wow it gets somehow when it’s packed and we really hate seeing people prepare our food.

I am not happy with my food, and I think that it is unfair that I would pay and get food that is not well cooked last time I called and ordered food after an hour I got to the store and my order was not made, they quickly made it but the brisket was not well cooked it was hard and you can taste that it was flamed and then served. As of today I bought two burgers a ribster and a chicken burger, I finished the ribster when I took a bite on the chicken one the breast wasn’t well cooked and it seems like a thing that they normally do.
