40 minutes for 2 burgers and chips. Not busy of full of clients. But somehow 40 minutes for 2 burgers and chips. Staff at the back is shouting and being rude. Make sure you order online. It will be cold. But it will be quicker.

In store the service is good because they can actually see you and you won’t go without receiving your orders.Ordering on the phone is a rubbish service, the employees pretend they don’t hear you . I had to call the manager of the center there to get attended. He placed my order for me and I got it .A few weeks later I called again and the service was so poor , they promised to deliver food and I never received it .Is that how it will be forever ? When will the Steers employees service people in the correct manner?
