Customer service was so bad👎..we had to wait for about 30 minutes for someone to serve us..and the waiter only came after we asked for assistance us at our table. I don’t even want to mention the burgers🙄such a disappointment..stale burns . The only thing they did right was the cocktail,and the play area for the kids is also cool. Other than that I don’t think I’ll ever go back there.

Place is very loud and feels cramped up, the waiters too busy so you have to remind them of your drinks or u will die if thirst waiting. The starter dish was promising, but the Burgers were a disappointment, soggy tomato, lf lettuce, stale buns. The kids will love it though, sit outside so they can play with the water! If it’s a spur experience you looking for maybe skip this one and go to the Ruimsig Ranch

This Spur is very consistent with the quality of their food. We always have a good experience. Sometimes it does get cramped and loud but i’ve never had a bad steak there and the buffalo wings are always great. Well worth it

We got seated and waited 15 minutes for someone after waving arms around at every waiter, only for them to acknowledge us and nothing happen. When the manger appeared to help us she too was rather useless and didn’t really seem to fussed that we have been waiting. Extremely poor service, waiters standing around not doing anything, thats if you can find one and over all a terrible experience. I would not recommend ! terrible !

What a terrible dining experience! Ordered their special of 300g ribs and 2 chicken thighs, what a disaster. I think the chef fell asleep as everything was so overcooked you couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. The waiter was utterly useless! Didn’t give us the discount available on our loyalty card and then entered the wrong amount in the card machine.Never again at this spur!!Thanks for replying. What’s the use of giving me a link if itdoesn’t work. Even more useless than I thought

Very chilled atmosphere. Great for family time. It was not crowded. This Spur follows social distancing and has several sanitizer stations around the resturant. This Spur has a big play area with an attendant for the kids. The food was okay and could have been better. Ordered two different combo meals the and ribs and wings were the biggest let down. The wings were dry and ribs under cooked. The desert was great we ordered a full bar one waffle. I would order this again anytime.The server who helped us was definitely not good. Considering the resturant was not full the was no reason for slow service. There were mangers who walked around the restaurant to try and make our experience better by giving Spur hats to the kids often, asking where they could improve, or handing out bags for takeaways… this certainly helped.
