Sandwich was really nice but not sure if it’s worth the price. Sandwich shop has it right in my opinion. Else we approached the manager as we noticed not one of the staff including herself were wearing masks and it was as if we were making trouble in her day.and she told the staff to put masks on yet she never put a mask on herself and stayed in front by us like that which in my opinion isn’t respecting the wishes we had asked

We ordered sandwiches at 10h45 and I had to phone after 2 hours because the delivery was not done yet. When the food came eventually it was cold and tasteless. The service is not what it used to be

Waiting for more than an hour and a half for a person’s order!! when you phone then they blame the weather and the drivers, this is a continuous trend. Get an email stating that the order is being processed at 10:12 and only getting an email at 11:35 that the order has been dispatched. When we place online orders they ALWAYS reroute it to roodepoort or another branch in Gauteng. Then i have to get a call again from the store ask8ng if i paid and what my orders is etc.. why do you have online ordering than?The guy calling does not know his menu and would ask ” so order bacon what what ” i mean teally!!!!
