The restaurant inside is beautiful and modern, the outside section is very relaxed and laid back, so depending on what you are looking for you have two date options. Staff were super friendly and the crumbed mushrooms were extremely tasty. The pizza was unfortunately a bit bland and not very tasty which was a pity.

Lovely atmosphere and staff extremely helpful and friendly. I had the “The Chicken That Crossed The road” burger. The bun was a bit dry, the sauce on the burger had an overpowering vinegar taste and the batter was thick and hard. I would not recommend it.

We received a warm welcome, and excellent service, topped by a scrumptious, very good priced, lunch. So large, we needed takeaways.Indoor area warm and cosy, with a bar. Lovely outdoors set up for summer meals and sundowners. Pop around, you will not regret it.

Was a lovely evening to sit outside. Music, friendly staff and ‘The Chicken That Crossed the Road’ burger with a side of sweet potato fries was delicious!! (Generous portions even assured me lunch for tomorrow.) A Lovely full bodied cappuccino (Truth Coffee) rounded off the meal most pleasantly. Well priced value for your Rand. A fully licenced and certainly family friendly venue. Truly a good place to be…. Thank you Ruslamere.

Tonight we had a lovely dinner at Rusty Oak Bistro! We were welcomed by our friendly server, Marco, who was an absolute star throughout the evening. We arrived with our two dogs and the owner was so friendly and accommodating especially with our dogs. He laid blankets out for our dogs to rest on and we were even allowed to bring them inside the venue to enjoy the fireplace. The food was delicious! We ordered a variety of starters but the pizza stole the show!Will definitely be visiting again…. I highly recommend you try it with or without your pet!

Mixed feelings-lovely vibe and nice setting,very welcoming and friendly staff. The food was disappointing though.Fries were oily and salty,buns were over-toasted.Burgers were good but the accompanying cabbage too sweet. I strongly do not recommend the pot pie.Beers are great!

It was our 1st time there, and will go back anytime. The waiters and waitresses was amazing, & friendly, and you didn’t have to wait long at all to be helped. “Adam & Eve” was really wonderful. And also made it fun with jokes while helping. Thank you very much. 😁
