We waited over an hour for an order that according to the website, would be ready in 20 minutes, and then got cold pizza.If you’re running that far behind schedule please inform your customers accordingly. If you missed a pizza, say something…Other than that the pizza was tasty and good quality.

I understand during loadshedding food night take longer than expected but when we get told 20 minutes and wait over an hour there is a problem. Then I would rather go somewhere else if I get told the correct waiting time in the first place. I eventually canceled my order as there was no rush with our order at all. Very angry

I have never had an issue at this place. Never. But tonight I did. The Uber Eats driver brought 3 out of the 4 pizzas I ordered. No prob. I told the driver to get the last pizza and paid him a tip of R20. He did his job. However, the youngest then came to us with his pizza and it was not what he ordered. He ordered a hawaiin without pinapple but we received a pizza with vegetarian toppings. Amanda tried so hard to help us. I just want to say that when KFC got our order wrong they send us free milkshakes to apologise. I now have no resolution and no extras.we have been a huge supporter of Romans Pizza but no more.

My pizza pies were literally falling apart. Food packets were all wet. Had to throw half of the pizza pie away because the paper bags were stuck on the food!

Havent had Roman’s in a long time. Very tasty. Pan bases are fluffy and toppings super delicious
