The service from the waiter was amazing even though we had to wait to be seated. I know what hospitality is about, and when I go to a certain restaurant I expect an excellent service from welcoming to serving. We got at the restaurant around nine and were told that it will be closed soon-we understood that. But that doesn’t mean I must be served something that is raw- couldn’t even finish my food. I ordered hake and chips because it’s quick to make. But my hake was coated in too much flower that wasn’t even well done, felt like I’m eating flower instead of the hake. I had to take the food as I couldn’t finish. And I should have been given an option of whether I want my hake baked or fried.The man who served us was amazing and we appreciate that and the plating was good however I’m not happy with the fish. Remember your goal as a restaurant is create a signature dish that will make me come back!

Klerksdorp is a small town; so this happens to be one of the few places to get a good dining experience. The food and service is always up to standard and very delicious.Rhapsody’s is a great place to go for cocktails with friends etc. The atmosphere is subject to change because occasionally they host events which will give it a very different atmosphere from the ‘high end’ vibe they usually go for. Would definitely recommend!!!

What an amazing vibe. Classy and the ambiance set to perfection. Our waiter, Edwin was an absolute delight. Had us in stitches 😂😂….hhhmmm what can I say about the sushi, 🤩 wow wow wow. Well done to management 👏👏. This is a must visit when you in the area.

The place is clean and has sort of a classy ambience. The staff is professional and cool. The prices aren’t bad at all. They also have a pretty decent menu. I’d definitely go again if I find myself in town

The experience was great. The place looks lovely so expect it to be full on weekends. Lots of birthdays and baby showers when we made our visit. The staff is very professional. A big thank you to Thabang who was our waiter. Enjoyed the food and drinks as well, love the variety they had to offer.

We visited Rhapsody ‘s a couple of times before. Their food is good. Unfortunately we had to wait 55 minutes for 3 main calamari meals. If you are prepared to wait for your food, while enjoying the ambience this place is for you.
