Great vibe. Lovely spot to sit outside and have a late afternoon drink. Be sure to try the sushi: its the best I have eaten in a long time. And my 8-year-old dining buddy says they serve the best cheeseburgers 🙂

Redwoods has been around for a long time for a reason. Food and drink is affordable and the service is good. I had a vegetarian pizza which I couldn’t finish because of the generous portion and toppings. The Cherry bomb (with an overload of cherries) and Brain freeze cocktails come highly recommended. There is ample space to sit both inside and outside and one can watch your favourite sport in the bar.

Redwoods was a big disappointment. I have been there a long time ago and was expecting the old atmosphere and nice food.I can except the changes to the venue but the food was very poor.First of all they didn’t have what we ordered and the meat (rump) that we got was so tough I couldn’t cut it with the steak knife. My wife’ Calamari was plain tasteless and bland.I can tick Redwoods off as a no go in future.

Just had the Fish and chips special at Redwoods after a friend recommended the restaurant after the revamp.Disappointing!! Poor service and waited very long for our food. Fish wasn’t nice at all. Tasted like mud.Definitely won’t be going back there
