This was the first time I’ve been to pizza hut and the customer service was Good. Very friendly people. A downside to the place is they don’t really have a lot of options on the menu but they do allow for thick or thin base pizza options and the general seating area is not very inviting so I didn’t eat there . The pizza was great. Reasonable pricing. The staff was friendly and I would go there for a pizza again

Ordered 3 pizzas 🍕 on the 09.07.21 15h45After numerous contact with the store about my late delivery (18h43)… I never got my pizza as the the driver got lost using Google maps. I literally live 5.6km from them. Based in selcourt springs….They should not offer a delivery service if their drivers can’t deliverTiny the manager was very apologetic, not her fault she tried her best to get her driver hereOh well….won’t be ordering from them again… this was my first and last time…

Did order 2 pizza’s, delivery ontime, 1st pizza was looking over cooked, 2nd one was ordered wirh normal base and had a thick base, almost like bread.

I absolutely love and prefer using this specific branch of Pizza Hut. Their pizzas are of good quality, decent amount of toppings and always delicious! The service experience is fast and efficient, and waiting times are reasonable. Only criticism I have (which I’ve experienced at other pizza restaurants as well) is that they sometimes mix up the type of base we order, for example if one is ordered with a thick base and the other thin base, they usually come both in thick or thin. Other than that, great place to go!

I ordered pizza for delivery over the phone (Springs mall), spoke to a gentleman named Lucky. He gave me great customer service, he spoke clearly, he gave me options and he paid close attention to what I was saying. This was definitely the feta on my pizza. Pizza was amazing…
