I ordered online while visiting family and got a bit of everything from the menu to try out . Received a speedy service through MrD and was very happy with how fresh the burger and wraps were. The chicken was tasty and also came with extra sauce which I usually have to pay for at other restaurants. Overall I’ll give them 5/5

My wife (Ziphelele Dlamini) and I had a dispute about the meal we had ordered. The owner personally took it upon himself to rectify it. We now know to specify how we would like our chicken to be prepared. Overall, the manner in which the entire situation was handled was very professional and friendly. They will certainly be getting our business again.

The service at Pedros Chicken is getting worse by the day, the quality of their food is even deteriorating!! They’re never open on time, their manager isn’t the friendliest, staff as well!! Their cellphone line never goes through, there’s just always a problem at that Pedros!! Even their waiting period is now almost ridiculous, they need to do better!

Pedros in my opinion were doing great last year. It had reasonable quality food and good service.This year in a month, I have tried 3 different Pedros and the attitude and service, including the quality of food has been awful.I asked for a takeaway since the Viva meal was too much for me and my son and NomaSwazi , didn’t want to be bothered and told me to ask someone else while she stood there. (I don’t know if the job was beneath her, after asking politely) finally after asking 3 people I got the takeaway packing, she wasn’t wearing a name tag.I now know if I want to eat at Pedros I must ask for the takeaway packaging while I pay because It will be a mission to get one later. If there will be a next time!
