I was told a particular piece of meat I wanted was not available waiting period will be 45mins if I was will to wait, but they won’t take my order because the system will kick it out after a certain time while I wait for my piece, and I said I will wait. 5 min later they took my order, my question is how many people are turned away because a place that sells chicken has “supposably” ran out of customer preferred chicken pieces.Overall service is very poor. Big ups to Amanda Ndlovu the cashier she has curtasy and superior customer service. The rest of the team has no sense of urgency.

The food at Pedro in general is good and the chicken is tenderHowever the service at this branch is extremely poor. After waiting 45 minutes for just 2 chicken burgers, it was pathetic to find that the order was incorrect on top of all that inconvenience.Very disappointing guys 😠
