Went for dinner yesterday, very good food, great service, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and it’s in the middle of downtown.Portions were small for the price, but the food was delicious.Don’t miss the yogurt cake! It’s a must.

Ouzeri took us back to Greece with some of the menu items. Everything was so perfectly prepared with so much of flavour and love. The setting is absolutely beautiful and all of the staff were wonderful! Please try the Eliopita when visiting

Unbelievable small portion sizes. Food was not especially tasty. Very small menu selection. Prices are fair

Trendy tapas style Greek restaurant. Beautiful, simple adobe plastering and minimalist decor match small, carefully crafted plates. A little expensive at R740 for two with only one glass of wine. A gin before or after at the neighbouring bar adds to an already strong people watching game.

Maybe it was because it was a cold winter Cape Town lunch time but I was very disappointed after the good reviews and hype. There was little I would choose on the menu – very carb heavy – but that’s a personal choice. I was warned that what I chose was a small portion, and it was. The wine list is interesting but pricey. So I ended up with a quick bite and a glass of wine in a large, cold space with strange music playing. Oh well chalk it up to experience I thought. And then, they don’t take cash. Maybe a restaurant friendly policy but not a customer friendly one.

12/10. Grilled Lahanadolmades changed my life. Beef shin youvetsi, tirokafteri and beetroot salad are all amazing. Great wine selection, cool vibe, very good looking head chef. My new favourite restaurant in Cape Town.
