This Nando’s has a lovely decor, welcoming staff and quick service.The meal we had was lovely and enjoyable, but within both chicken wraps there was not enough chicken. In one side of my wrap I only had one slice, this was the first time I experienced a chicken wrap from Nando’s without enough chicken.I felt due to them specialise in chicken dishes, to not have chicken in a order was a bit silly.This is the only thing I could point to and would say all round our experience was lovely with lovely staff.

Clean and tidy modern restaurant with mostly friendly staff (the waiter who greeted and showed us to our table came across like he’d just woken up). Standard, excellent quality of food that you’d expect from Nandos, not much else to say! Great decor throughout and a reliable dining spot.

28/7/21:We so love Nando’s and haven’t been until now here in Worcester.The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We got a table immediately and masks were left to the discretion of the diners. The cleansing station is still in place and the onus is on the visiting clients.This Nando’s in Worcester had a very Portuguese African ethnic feel and decor which was lovely to see and feel especially with the African Portuguese artwork around on the interior walls to accentuate this. Also lots of African Portuguese music playing in the background was uplifting and pleasantly different. The toilets were spotlessly clean and warmly decorated too.A BIG THANK YOU and HUGE SHOUT OUT to CARLTON and PATRICK (Patriçio) for their amazing service and friendliness, nice one lads 👍👏👏👏👊!You’re both stars and legends….👍 (the canal boat couple)We had the peri-peri chicken with me opting for the “EXTRA HOT” one. We loved our meal and the chicken was delicious and perfect along with the peri-salted chips.My green salad was very fresh and tasty and the coleslaw was creamy and delicious too.For drinks, I had a bottle of the Portuguese “Sagres” beer/lager whilst the better half had a bottle of the absolutely amazing Portuguese 2018 Rose “Cara Viva”, wow and what an excellent Rose wine..My better half ordered a bottle by mistake instead of a large glass of this Rose so I had to obligingly help her drink it…perfect darling, thanks..oops!!For pudding, I had two Portuguese “pasteis de nata/custard tarts” whilst my better half had the absolutely delicious “White Choc and Raspberry cheesecake”THANKS NANDO’S “WORCESTER” for a most delicious chicken meal, yummy puddings and a great evening at your Nando’s restaurant…keep up the excellent food, service and your staff were amazing and absolute stars! 👏👏👏

Came as we had a free gift card to use. This isn’t my first choice of restaurant based on a previous bad experience in a Nandos. However the place is nice inside and the staff were friendly.I guess my dislike with Nandos is the food and the need to use an app or go to the till to order. This would be fine if it means lower prices. However it all seems a bit overpriced for the food that you get. I would much prefer the food in pub for this price and get some decent beer at the same time. However if you are a kid or have kids this might serve a purpose.Enjoy

Went for lunch around 1 o’clock, we were greeted by a very pleasant man who gave us a choice of tables. During the lovely meal he was attentive friendly but very professional.

Seriously, train your staff – purchased a bottle of white wine and it was delivered to my table warm – it had never seen a fridge. I mean the wine at Nando’s is bad enough anyway, so needs to be well chilled to make it drinkable .The kid who served me, looked bewildered when I asked if he had a cold bottle and all he came back with was an empty ice bucket.
