Burnt wings, small portions, incorrect flavours on 4 meals on the 28th August, Since moving Nandos has really gone downhill.

The chicken pieces were nice, they have all the sauses and the staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable ambiance. Unlike some other fast food places, I did not get bothered by beggar type people which was nice.

I placed an order last already for delivery but after waiting for over 15min the order was cancelled and yet my monwy was credited out of my account. Used the same money for a similar order today…the food came but it was the wrong order. They delivered a small packet of chips and yet I paid R38. I called Nandos Springs and they said to contact Mr Delivery. How is that supposed to work baffels me as Mr delivery only collects orders from Nandos.

The food was amazing! However it did take a while and they kinda messed up our order. Also it’s kind of hard to understand what is on the menu while you’re ordering, they don’t give the flavor options for things to you unless you ask. Definitely worth the wait, would recommend the spicy rice!
