Ordered yesterday and a couple of times before. The meat was dry with no sauce at all, nevermind the extra sauce we ordered and willing to pay for. Not considering ordering at this nandos again.

Ordered via Mr D Food, delivery was exceptional. The food on the other hand was abysmal: We’ve ordered the veg or “plant based” burger options before, and the burger completely fell apart on both occasions. So 1 out of 4 patties actually held together. The taste was decent, BUT.. the patty is chopped up to fit in the bun (why??), then there’s the sauce that turns the bun and everything into a mushy mess! So R200 for “burgers” that you end up scraping up like mince?! I think the options needs to be reviewed or staff need to be trained how to improve presentation/assembly.
