The worst service I received from a restaurant so far. They did not have stock of the chicken that I wanted, I decided to complain to the head office. The cashier refused to give me the number of head office or her name and just walked away while I was busy talking to her. I eventually spoke to the manager, who had a bad attitude. I ended up leaving.

Well, 5 stars in Total. Full 5 would be for the Beverly hills hotel or some French restaurant with and authentic chef. 4 Stars would be a slightly lower rating but still above franchise quality take out. That leaves us Plebs with 3 stars to choose from, 3 being great, 2 being mediocre and off course 1 been terrible. So consider yourself well rated Mother Clucker

Arrived at a time they were serving two Mr Delivery Collections. Had to wait more than 45 minutes. It looked a bit chaotic. Suggestion Dedicate a person for in-store serving so customers do not have to wait longer than necessary. Worse still network was not properly functioning to place order b4 collection.

Saw the cheff drop my pineapple on the (VERY DIRTY) floor then putting it on my burger… when I confronted her she first tried to lie and say it was a different pineapple but eventually she admitted and offered to make a new burger… then she even tried to show me how she is putting the new clean pineapple on the burger that was already closed with the floor-pineapple. Never ordering there again, hope she gets fired twice!

Would rate them 1 out of 10. Worst service EVER!!! Staff was very rude not helping at all!!! Waited very long for our order but it was not even busy… people that placed orders afters us got helped quicker and left… everytime we asked manager was rude… and the kiddies meal was not up to standard.
