Very nice Mugg n Bean, great service, delicious cheese cake and well made coffee. Friendly and efficient staff.The only burr in the whole experience was that I joined some friends for coffee, cake and a chat on a Sunday morning and a great brass band set up right outside and proceeded to make such a cacophony through the whole experience that we landed up yelling at one another to be heard as though we were at opposite ends of a football field.While I am happy to watch the performance of a brass band voluntarily occasionally, I prefer not to have it imposed on me on a Sunday morning.No fault of Mugg & Beans though, of course.

Teboho was our server for the day and what a delight she was ! Friendly, helpful and quick with service. The food was delicious..really happy i chose this spot to spoil Gran. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

Service is bad. Staff don’t actually care whether they serve you or not! Came in to have a meal with family. Sat down, customers arriving after us got service. Got up and walked out. Will never go back, will rather support restaurants on the other side of the mall.

Edit: I felt the necessity to edit my review and add this as they definitely did something. Maybe they trained them? The coffee is much better now and when you order a double espresso (either double or single) they dont get confused and bring you proper, creamy Italian espresso.I am mostly satisfied when I come here but they have to up their coffee game. Baristas need some training. Especially for a place that advertises as a coffee place, I believe it is necessary to be able to serve decent coffee.If you order a double espresso here you get a small americano, extremely watery and bitter. Order a single espresso and you sometimes get okayish espresso, but mostly i get a watery lungo..So if you want double espresso, you gotta explain how much water, how much coffee, not a full glass etc which becomes very awkward.Besides that, food is nice and employees are very pleasant.I personally stick with drinking coffee from Checkers downstairs as their coffee is much better, which is a shame.
