Decided to spoil myself for my birthday. It was a great idea but unfortunately I chose the wrong restaurant. For a egg lover by this has to be thee worst omelet I’ve ever had. I’ve never had an omelets that has potatoes 😳😳😭😭 the filling was just filled with raw tomatoes 😩😩. The 1 star is for the cake it was very delicious 😋😋

The worst service at a mugg and bean in South Africa. The manager didn’t even say a word to us when we arrived at the entrance she just looked at us without giving us a table then follows us to just drop the menu with no hello, the colored looking older lady is so rude it’s unbelievable that she’s the manager. The staff is just as worse. Rather use North Cape mall mugg and bean not Diamond Pavillion

Good and tasty selection of dishes. Attentive staff.Now we just went again to Mugg & Bean North Cape Mall for breakfast last week. We were surprised and disappointed that the onions in our omelet were completely RAW, not sauteed at all. We usually like M&B but this was the worst experience.
