3 Waiters passed us at the door as we waited to be seated.. We had to ask for a place to seat.The Waiter who served us disappeared, we had to ask to be served. We waited longer to get our food and we decided to leave for the restaurant next to Mugg and bean.The service is absolutely a disgrace.

So….I am a HUGE Mugg&Bean fan!!I was heavily disappointed when I got my food after good service and good coffee… (check fotos).I called the manager Joseph and 5 min later my lack of fries was sorted.But because of first impressions lasting, a 4 star is adequate.

Received bad service on the 19/06/2022…I went there and ordered BBQ burger and asked te waiter to please make their burger well done….when the burger arrived the pattie was red inside…called manager to explain the matter he only told me he will speak with the chefs in the kitchen….there was no compensation or free meal….think twice before u visit there

Service was very quick, and the milkshakes were good. However they faltered a bit with the meaty bits of all three dishes we ordered. The portion sizes seemed very small in comparison to other Mugg & Bean outlets and we only got 3 tiny rib pieces in one order. The crumbed chicken was dry and tough and the best out of all three dishes we ordered ended up being a hamburger.
