Really enjoyed the coffee here after a quick stop on a rather long trip. The food is better than most other branches I’ve visited. And an experience can only be as good as those who present it. Many thanks to my wonderful waitress Nyari for making this one worthwhile. I will definitely recommend Worcester Mugg and Bean to anyone looking to grab a quick bite at the Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester.

Good coffee and food, however, service can be stepped up a bit. My spoon was still dirty and my coffee very cold. But overall, not too bad…hence the prices being a bit high nowadays.

Waiter’s have always been kind, helpful, and I am yet to have a waiter get my order wrong. Service is good, the food and coffee taste great, the menu has a variety of options, and the time for my food and drink to arrive is perfectly acceptable.

This brand would be familiar to traveller from Cape Town and a welcome stop on a road trip in this mall.Wait time was about 15 minutes for a burger meal which is not too bad if not stellar.Part of the reason may be that on a Saturday they only had two servers operating on the floor for a fairly crowded venue.That kid of pressure can result in mistakes. Like if you ordered bread instead of a bun and it was toasted instead.But that aside, it wasn’t a bad experience, tough one cannot help but notice a virtually complete lack of patron diversity in the establishment, even more so than in other areas.

So open through loadshedding but bottomless isnt bottomless anymore whilst loadshedding. You still pay the same price but you are only allowed one. And only certain foods allowed. Still full price. Did I mention only on staff member front of house? You literally have to go search for her to take an order.

Mixed feelings about this one. But I’m still giving them 5 stars. Met by a bossy woman at the entrance, waited a little longer than usual… understandably, public holiday…. food arrived… completely wrong…. didn’t really complain, but showed my disappointment… started my meal and 2 minutes later the cutest girl… I think assistant chef… replaced what was wrong…. with the most sincere smile and apology. That’s why the 5 stars. They messed up a little, but fixed it beautifully. Well done, Mugg & Bean.
