Tried ordering a savory waffle. Was told they don’t have tomatoes and spring onion so we said its fine we can pay same price but can you then add extra mushroom in place of the tomatoes and spring onion but was told No. Really ? No flexibility? You rather not make a sale ? First time I’ve experienced a restaurant not being flexible on a vegetarian topping

The service was horrible. The waiters were all over the place. We ordered and waited 30 minutes. A table next to us even left because no one was attend to them. I almost left to Moody Cow. My waffle was soaked through because the ice-cream melted so much. Definitely not what I was expecting.

The most disgusting service I have ever received, their speed point kept taking my money and the staff refused to acknowledge the payments being deducted on my account. The amount for the ice cream was deducted 3 times, and when I showed the staff the bank notifications they started shouting at me and treating me like a criminal.The one lady threatened to take off her uniform and physically assault me to teach me a lesson, she told me to call their boss and do whatever I feel is necessary. I informed her that she could beat me up all she wants but I will get her arrested.I paid for ice cream and left it at the store. The owner of this store doesn’t deserve a single cent from customers, his staff are rude, disgusting and vile. Sies.

Waited for them to open at 9 and was told we would have to wait another 30 minutes to get our order as they were not ready yet. This Milky Lane will not see me again as it was not the first time we had bad service.

Food took too long to arrive. After confirming a certain preparation, order was still incorrect. Ordered a hot beverage that arrived cold. Cutlery wasn’t provided. Water was ordered with the meal and only arrived 5 minutes after the meal arrived. Requested to speak with the manager and she did not show up.

Been going to this milky lane for many years but never again!!! We have had enough of poor service .It has the worst possible service.The waiters only treat white people as customers should be treated .We wait very long to be served while they forever running past us. We where treatedvery rudely by a tall young man who was abrupt and rude and arguing with us. He obviously was not trained how to treat customers and keep quiet. The rating is zero not 1 star. As you sitting there you can observe for yourself how bad the service is. This is a very popular mall with a lot of competiton. Management needs to make some drastic changes to improve their service.
