Mixed experiences. Staff can be quite unfriendly at times. On multiple occasions they didn’t have stock of some ingredients. Savory waffle menu is handwritten on a piece of cardboard(very professional and appealing I must say). One time I even found a piece of a weave in the ice cream. There’s room for a lot of improvement.

On the 21st of May I went into this outlet with my daughter and sat down to be serviced. We waited for over 5min while the waitresses ignored us until I decided to leave.Several minutes later I ended up buying a doughnut instead of ice cream for my daughter from the neighboring stall.I guess milky lane waterfall is no longer interested in serving customers anymore as compared to the one at Monte Casino where the waiters grab you from the outside and service you good.

It was OK. OK service, slow to get items to table and some kids had to wait while others were eating.Milkshake was OK. The pictures always look better.Go and enjoy, just don’t be in any kind of a rush.
