Although I didn’t have a bad experience. This is undoubtedly the worst branch in the area. Broken ordering machines. Missing screen that shows the orders that can be collected, crowded, etc. The drive through was completely overflowing making it impossible to get inside the parking as well.

One of the cashier was very rude towards me . Her customer services very bad she doesn’t know how to speak and her tone was very aggressive towards my cousins and I after our commotion I even lost my appetite just wanted to leave McDonald’s . Please educate your employees on speaking to kids and differentiate their tone from speaking to adults and kids. As I kid I felt very disrespected and small after she shouted at us, if she was a respectful person she would have calmly corrected us and not shout at us.

It was really hard to work while I was at this McDonald. The level of noise, the ladies there were even singing (John Legend song) ask if the are no customers in the shop…. One lady (employee) there was even shouting from one end of the shop to other who the Kitchen No respect for customers. The service was ok. Professionalism is needed

Was waiting in the drive through for more than 30 minutes without the line that moved. When enquireing why it took so long, I was told that a burger takes 6 minutes to make. 15 minutes later, same story. Don’t recommend them.

Went to McDonalds yesterday afternoon. When I wanted to pay there was no cashier so this one lady from the front thats working at the machines shouted Maria Maria Maria. Maria never showed, so some other rude lady came. She didnt greet she gave me attitude like what do you want. When I received my food from this same lady I said thank you and she gave me the F You look. So I told het its a big pleasure! The buns were hard there was also brown lettuce in the patty. The chocolate milkshake was discusting sweet. Sorry to say but I wont go there again mostly because of this rude staff member.

The worst service ever. Drive through is the slowest, machines are never working and you are literally harassed by beggers while the security just stands and watches
