Very busy and not what the pics look like but it tastes good go imma go back 😋

Food was good, can’t say the same for the service though. Walk-in customers are given the backseat as Mr D drivers get first preference. Waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers. Even when my ticket number was on the collection screen it wasn’t ready. Staff scream across the floor. I witnessed a staff member telling a customer as she walked passed him that someone will help him when he asked her for assistance. Disappointing service.

Terrible experience, given wrong information by the staff. Staff have a attitude. Asked manager to assist which was good as not asking. Waiting period of 45 minutes for a Big Mac regular meal. Ordered to eat in but was given takeaway … I would rather head over to Burger King in future.

I went to purchase a strawberry sundae at the drive-thru I was rather disappointed with the amount of sauce that was put in the person that’s was dispensing the ice creams and the meals was a young boy I think he was very new normally the sauce is put at the bottom of the you know of the cup and then you put in the soil of ice cream and it was obvious that he didn’t know how to do it because they was a vacuum in the centre of the ice cream and the sauce was very little so it wasn’t as satisfied as I normally enjoy the ice cream this is just to give you guys feedback so y’all can rectify in yours training sessions
