Exceptional service. I never felt that I was just a quick sale. Approaching the door the door was opened by Keanan with a Warm welcome gesture. I was promptly helped with suggestions on meals for me and my 2 kids. Ayonela ensured that the ordering and payment process was a pleasant experience, assisting with a smile. Keanan literally waitered on us ensuring the food and deserts came swiftly. Sisonke, the manager was so encouraging when I bid my thanks to her and their workers. Well done! There are 2 Mcdonalds in Paarl but I am drawn to this one as the experience feels better.
