If I could give you a 0 star rating I would. Firstly we got the wrong burger after asking twice, when I pointed it out the lady just said it would be R30 exstra, not even a apology,, secondly our large chips is more like a small chips. Service is extremely poor. Step up your game.

Had no problems with the drive-thru, well spoken staff, fast service. The only one thing that would be nice is if the drive-thru was open at 7am as their Google maps info states. Had to wait until about 7:15.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the experience.I got in around 7.40 this morning. I had a Big Mac Burger with chips and a McCafe cappuccino. The chips were lovely and hot. Unfortunately the meat patties and sauce was quite cold. I didn’t bother complaining about it at the time because there appeared to be staff training in progress. It was so distracting, I finished my meal😣 and enjoyed my cappuccino in the car park.This is the first time this has happened. Unfortunately it was my first time at this branch. I won’t be going back.
