We used to get good service here in the beginning. But lately it seems as though the staff consists of trainees. We have been patient for the past few months. However today was a terrible experience. After clarifying and repeating an order multiple times, we paid and were given something that came from the bin, on top of which the order was wrong. Eventually we had to ask for the manager who came and made the meal herself. @Mcdonalds, please retrain your staff on customer service and handling of food.

Check your drinks before leaving. Ordered this “hot chocolate” today 29/08/2021 and this is what I received (pictures attached). Highly disappointed but not surprised.
