07:15 no notice on the door the that informs us as customers that they are having technical issues, I walked in and was very rudely told that the system is not working and the lady who was wiping the tables shouted at the security guard and told him that the system is down the security should not let anyone pass. Luckily a guy who was cleaning Thier windows came to address customers in a more civilized manner, but from what Gathered they were cleaning the store for a store visit and they had maintenance guy’s coming coming in one out the shop

When ordering a regular sized meal I was asked to upgrade because the restaurant “did not have regular”, so I asked the lady what she means because it’s either they have the food or they don’t and she said it was the packaging. But I further asked why they couldn’t just put my regular chips in a bigger packet? Why should I have to pay more for a size that I do not want? After some back and forth, and me asking for management’s input she then said it would be fine and that my chips and cool drink would come packaged in larger sized packs. But lo and behold! My meal came in regular sized packaging! So they did have regular sized packaging after all! I felt they are just pushing customers to buy large unnecessarily and against their will. Crooks! Who owns that place?!

On friday the 14.05.21 I ordered via Mr D a double quarter pounder and only recieved a single patty. Today I ordered a meal with fuze tea and the tea has deposits in the bottle and it is fermented as though it is a fizzy drink. I have never been happy with the service. I do ratings but never get feedback.

Every time I order McDonald’s at Edendale mall through MrD i always get an incomplete order or the food is completely wrong, and this only happens with McDonald’s. Im really disappointed. I ordered again today a triple cheese burger meal but i receive a double.
