I made a drive through 22:35 but it was taking too long I left to attend a client and when I came back an hour later Monalisa claims that my order was thrown away because they don’t keep food for more than 30 minutes!!! If this review doesn’t get considered like any other bad review from this McDonald’s – I needed my money back she told me to go to hell – well we shall see who gets to hell first.

This is an update to original review, would like thank McDonalds for investigating and problem solve the service received and getting this’ branch on track and providing a delicious favorite meal which is the Grand Chicken Special, well done, as I will be visiting more often, keep this client centric going.This branch is becoming unprofessional, tedious and most of all the fulfillment of a decent burger has become a tasteless and dull, and they don’t inform that they don’t have all the ingredients, when you get home and discover this, it is a huge disappointment i wouldn’t recommend this branch!!!!

Quick and easy no hassle service. Basically an actual drive thru not a park thru. Staff could be friendlier or atleast use their words instead of motioning you with annoyance to give your slip before they shut their window of authority. Food was fine.

The long wait times was a problem.The card machines linked to the self service devices were not functional.Had to wait to make a payment at the cashier area.No spoons for their mcflurry orders.Even the delivery guys from Uber and Mr Delivery complained.Staff weren’t at all apologetic. Not sure if they have been trained on staff/client etiquette…Please address this issue

The drive through is delayed and the person at the pay point normally has an attitude. inside is the same you wait long for your order…people who got served after you gets their food before you and when you ask where your order is they still have to make it…worst experience ever there…

Update 7 months after my 5 star review:I went 3 consecutive weeks and each week my order was incorrect or an item missing and this after I thought I found THE McDonald’s.I came in there one Saturday morning and the music was so loud I could not hear the person at the counterter assisting me. I am all for music when working but when it is so loud then whats the reason behind it?I’ve been given the wrong order so many times and each time I have to turn around and recollect.The owner and managers need to do something about this.

My Mcflurry wasn’t made to the McDonald’s standard, plus the service I got wasn’t great at all… there was no one collecting payment at the drive thru but when we were collecting our order we were wrong for not paying and when we tried explaining that the window was closed we proceeded and though since it was midnight the payments are done where you collect but we were taken as people whom were lying
