One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten! As a vegan I’m used to mediocre dishes. This time, the chef went to so much trouble to prepare the most delicious, most creative, most artistic dishes imaginable. Couldn’t fault them! I’ll remember this meal for a long time! The highlight of our trip!

I thought “hmm, such a well rated restaurant, in Swellendam of all places…. “ what an awesome dining experience! Food is excellent, portions are much larger than I expected from a fine dining restaurant! Great friendly service in a cozy setting.

We spent the weekend at La Sosta and could not have been happier! I picked the place off of reviews and was not disappointed. The hosts Nina and Salvatore were welcoming and super helpful. It felt like everything had been thought of before we arrived which made our stay that much more relaxing. Everything is clean and of a high quality. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and it was all delicious! A special note for Gareth who is a chef apprentice there and was our waiter. Overall, if we could, we’d give them 10 stars!
