We so enjoy this place. You can’t get a better schwarma or wrap.Wife loves the lamb. I like the beef.They got that middle Eastern and turkish flavours in the meat.You can’t beat it. It’s so good.Another thing is it’s always clean.

After reading the many positive reviews we decided to order 2 chicken shwarmas. It was delivered by Mr D, very quickly I might add. It was utterly disappointing. Instead of it being served in a  pita pocket, it was rolled in a dry wrap. It was tough and chewy. The chicken was extremely dry and tasted like tuna. There was no tzatsiki sauce or hummus in it, despite ticking the boxes. The only way we could get it down, was to douse it with Steers 1000 Island sauce. We were looking forward to giving them another positive review, but we haven’t had worse. The fries were very expensive at R100 for a scant “medium” serving, but they were the only real edible part of the meal.

Oh dear not worth the review given by Anna Trapido yesterday on the radio. The servers were very pleasant but had no idea what drinks were on offer from the fridge. A number of items were sold out and this at lunchtime on Sunday. Not surprised we were the only people in the shop. Food was OK. The chicken curry fatayer was tasty but the filling was cold and not sure why a curry was served with garlic sauce and humus. The plate beef and lamb swarma – the meat was very hard and fatty and the salads not completely fresh. All food for sit down is served in polystyrene take away containers. Reply to owner: if there are good points then they need to be mentioned as well as the bad. The meat was overcooked that is why it was hard but coated in fat. You list as a restaurant not only a take away. You have tables and chairs and we were served at the table so would expect like all other dual service establishments to have at least a plate
