The lady at the pick up window was very friendly. We got our food and checked that everything was included which it was. The chicken pieces were delicious – meat was tender and batter was crispy. Unfortunately when we found the chips as shown in the added picture. Though very tasty, it was shameful how few chips were in the boxes.

I will give 5 stars for service but for the quality of food is definitely in the minus, ordered the zinger nugget box, you get 4 nuggets half cooked, burger patty was still raw, the state of the burger was atrocious. Safe to say I will be staying away from kfc for a while. A pity I only saw the condition of the meal halfway through to Robertson.

Good day.i rated this KFC branch 2 stars only because the food was fresh…as far as basic service I must say it was fairly poor…not stocked up on basics like chilli salt or tomato sauce,waited very long which seems to be a case of you guys being understaffed…and lastly… your staff can at least put a smile on their faces. They look miserable..Maybe KFC must show a little bit more appreciation for their staff because they look very unhappy

I wish there was an option to give minus 100!! Worst service. Get through the drive thru, wait over 40 mins. Walk in clients through the drive thru get their order long before us. No one at the window. Terrible attitude when you do find someone to speak to, ended up leaving without getting the food.

One of the best KFCs. And I’ve been to many. Staff are friendly and well trained…..also very fast. Also this KFC chicken pieces are very crispy and meat tender inside.

Worcester is under rated!…what a jewel of a place. The mountain ranges are breathtaking. The chicken piece at Kentucky was what i became use to at home, succulent . I am disturb though at the prices of overnighting in Worcester.
