Love love love this Kfc. Been there to many times to mention. I literally starve myself when we do road trips from Jhb to Cape Town and plan my trip to arrive around breakfast time for the breakfast combo wrap🤭.Occasionally also visit Worcester for work and always pop in to good friendly service and freshly made food. Was just there last Wednesday and they are still as consistent as ever😊

What a let down! After ordering of the little options they had in stock we got to the pick up and what an awfull experience this was. We had to recite our order back to them while they are looking at the receipt!I asked for cheese on my twister which they confirmed and rectified but I wishI said it’s fine, got my twister back (from being full) to being half filled and looking like it has been picked at by some animal.Lets not even start with the streetwise 2….A McDonald’s happy meal has more food in it.Definitely never seeing me again!Have never been so dissapointment in Kfc in my life!

Staff not familiar with online app. Also did not appreciate ordering R98 worth of food but not getting the simba chips as promised by your qualification rules. Staff were also not sure how to explain why they couldnt give me the free bag of chips yet i get this when I purchase from Ottery. The bag of chips is not the problem, it the principal of your offer and rules of qualifying that irritates me. Also 1 packet of tomato sauce and no kfc salt. The detail of this boggles me.Parking: Ample parking no doubt.

No feedback from kfc, this was my complaintOn Monday 18 April 2022 I was at Mountain Mill KFC at around 15:40, i was very disturbed by one of the staff members, who asked for my phone and said she wanted to help me do the survey but went ahead and did it on my behalf. When I asked her she apologised and said she didn’t want to disturb me because I was eating but it was ok to ask for my phone while i was eating. For some reason I couldn’t find my receipt but my order number was 299. Please address this because it’s unethical.Oh and they had no tomato sauce

Waited 40min for n wicked zinger box meal and a colonal burger. They help the drive through before anyone inside. Thought I’d rather go inside considering the fuel prices but now I feel like I won’t support kfc Worcester anymore.

It’s like any other KFC. For unknown reasons the drive through was closed.They can’t make two wraps (“Twisters”) even approximately the same size. Meh.
