Have gone to the branch quite a few times, always hoping that things would improve but it never does. Service is always slow. They are understaffed as y9u have to wait 10 minutes just to place your order since the lady taking the orders also working in the back and packing the food that is done. Consistently bad service hence the one star. The last burger I ordered was smashed flat.

One of the worst KFC’s I’ve been at.. fountain machine doesn’t work and they charge me an extra R10 for a buddy coke otherwise I can’t have my food? (First experience)Told me the chicken still has to be cooked.. it will be an extra 10mins… Half an hour later im still waiting for 2 burgers.. (second experience)There wont be a third.
