If i could it would be no stars seriously the worst service waiting 1h30min for a r500 order came home some burgers did not even have the top bun.I asked for a manager to no avail think he was hiding will NOT support the franchise again***Update ***Since placing the review kfc contacted me and the store manager Connie was very helpful and sorted out my complaint and the missing items from our order was replaced. Thank you for your timely response and for sorting out this matter and your attention to your customers.

We were standing next to the ordering terminal waiting almost 10 mins for service while the cars in front of us has been through the queue already. When someone finally decided to speak to us they were shouting through the microphone very rudely and kept on saying huh when we gave our order. After the renovations were completed the service was great, ordering took a bit longer but the food was fantastic. Tonight it was absolutely horrible. Staff should be trained on how to handle customers with decent respect without shouting at them. When we got to ygr window to pay yet again we had to wait 10 mins as no one was at the window. It would have been quicker to go to a restaurant.

As usual, pathetic.I placed an order for delivery and after making the payment, was told to collect. Ok, let’s say I made a mistake and accidentally chose collection….What bothered me is that the app stated that the colkection must be made before 23h00.I am ill, hut have a hungry family so I get in my car.My daughter went in the store with the reference nr. Obviously our order must be ready. Half an hour later I am still waiting.Super pathetic. People went in and was out and still I was waiting.I’ve had numerous bad experiences with the Wilrogate KFC over the years, but unfortunately it is closest to us.
