The worst service i have ever encountered and this is not based on one time experience but time and time again, there is no sense of urgency for the customer, half the things are never on the menu, when uber /Mr D people come in they take preference, minimum waiting time for your order is 45 minutes, the staff can literally stand and do nothing which one person is busy with the orders, The service is disgusting and I’ve mentioned this many times in store. I don’t even want to mention the long queues, first you queue to pay then queue to get your food,

This place does not even deserve one star, but this is the only way to write a review. I will never ever order food from this KFC again. First and last time.I ordered 2 Street wise 3 with chips. I only got one, the uber eats driver was not able to help me and I have not been able to get through to KFC on the landline.I had to place another order, and pay for it just to get my food. I will be taking this further.
