Popped in there for a quick burger during their busiest times of the day and place an order that ended up taking a little longer than expected, the staff were very friendly and every few minutes someone would let me know they were still working on it and would be done soon soon, staff was friendly and smiling, they worked hard and manners were on point. Food was great.

Appalling customer service, A cashier but the name Thobeka(13) was soo rude to me, she even said we have to wait this is not our house we can’t come and expect our food to be ready in 15 minutes, and we actually waited for over 10 minutes to my surprise the food was not good at all. if you’d like your business to grow get rid of such people, she is very rude an unprofessional, I’d appreciate your response on this.
