I was the first customer this morning and Andiswa took my order but the kitchen failed to make the order. Andiswa attempted to assist but the kitchen crew were uncooperative and could still not tell her when the order will be ready almost half an hour later. I was late for work so I handed in my slip number 114 to Andiswa and left without my food. Very disappointed and I will never set my foot again in that store by the taxi rank.

Please stop selling people dry ducked wings, there’s zinger wings for that. Also, I’m currently eating something I didn’t order because I was given someone else’s order I’m assuming.. I understand mistakes happen but this is not nice for both me and whoever got my food
