Service is pathetic. Staff are incompetent. They do not want to cook chicken from long b4 20h00. I ordered 2 box masters and was told they can’t do it because it takes too long. I asked hw long and was told 9 minutes. Now hw long is that?????? Most horrible KFC store I’ve ever been 2. And this was not the first experience at this store.

Waiting time is not to my liking. Due to many clients who tend to be students as it is close to tertisries, KFC Scottsville tends to be overcrowded
