There is a certain lady who served us few minutes ago.Very rude and incompetent to work.Ordered 3 streetwise by 2 only to find out a kilometer away that it was 2 piece chicken in each ,half to empty gravy ,very small unbalanced pieces.We drove back to the window and again very rude and when she corrected the order ,she almost threw it back to us.No salt .She is a disgrace think management has to look into her conduct.Very disappointed ,maybe she is making short orders so that she can have something to take home.This is very bad and will stop again here to see if she is fired or disciplined.After reading the reviews I have only realized I was at the wrong place at the wrong hungry time.Please don’t visit this place

Not uncommon to get here and they don’t have chicken… tonight was the last for us – ordered dunked wings and had to wait for “fresh wings” but it had hardly any of the dunked sauce on. Also ordered the dunked twister – this was definitely not made fresh; the chicken was soggy yet had hardly any dunked sauce, the tomato was soggy and warm, lettuce wasn’t crunchy anymore and the actual wrap was soggy.Staff is arrogant and rude

Service is fast enough but twisters have only 1 chicken strip, 6 shredded pieces of lettuce and about a teaspoon of mayo, so heavily underfilled and underwhelming, You NEVER EVER get condiments, NEVER GET SALT NEVER GET TAMATO SAUCE. Conveniently located but disappointed every time

Drive through is nice and quick and the staff are friendly, but if you walk in can expect very slow and poor service, at least from my previous experiences.If you come here, be sure to use the drive through only.

Drove past at about 9pm and wanted to get some food. Asked for a streetwise “we have no chicken you must wait 30min” so ask for a burger “we only have 1 crunch patty” then asked ok so what do you then have “pops and mash”. Feel this is crazy as their operating hours says 10pm. If you can serve your main food type until that time rather close earlier. This happened to me twice so far. When everything isn’t out of stock their chicken is ok
